Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale customer. Please read the following information to learn more about our Wholesale Policies.
Order Processing

Orders Under 1,000 units:
- 2–4 business days for processing. Please try to plan ahead to avoid expedited shipping charges.
- If ticketing or labeling is required, add 2–4 business days after all supplies have been received.

Orders Over 1,000 units:
- 5–7 business days for processing. Please try to plan ahead to avoid expedited shipping charges.
- If ticketing or labeling is required, add 4 business days after all supplies have been received.
For All Orders
- All orders must be placed via email to: info@earthhenna.com.
No phone orders will be accepted.
- After an order is placed, the customer will receive an email invoice, where payment information can be entered safely and securely.
NOTE: By law, we can no longer keep credit card information on file.
- All customers must provide a copy of their Sellers Permit and a signed copy of our downloadable MAP Policy (Minimum Approved Pricing). We cannot begin to process orders until we receive these documents.
Wholesale Order Minimums
- 6-kit minimum per kit type (no mix and match).
- All orders must be in quantities of 6.
- First-time customers: Mix and match available at first order only.
Distributor Order Minimums
- Master Case quantity minimum order per kit type (no mix and match).
- First-time customers:
- $1,000 minimum order.
Freight
- We do not offer free shipping on any orders under $1,000 or International orders.
- Expedited Orders: If same-day shipping is required, the order must be placed before noon PST.
- We use Federal Express Ground. If you prefer we use another courier or USPS or your own account number, please indicate at the time of order.
